What is life coaching?

Coaching is all about being and feeling the best you can in life, and it’s for anyone who wishes to make positive changes, or make progress in life.

No matter where it is within your life you feel stuck, or where in life your heading, coaching can help you step into the shoes of your ideal future self. 

How I work with you as your life coach

The sessions are client-led, helping me to help you reach inwards, and uncover your own way forward, and direction in life.

I offer tools to help you monitor your progress, so we can work together really well, and both see clearly (whilst measuring precisely) how far you have headed forward each week, in order for you to reach your desired outcome.

Alongside this, I may also be able to offer you techniques to help you access your desired state immediately, helping you to move the process a lot more quickly. 

Furthermore, from my insight from years of counselling experience, when working together I may also be able to hear the stories you have on repeat and the limiting beliefs that have held you back in the past.

I can, therefore, help you to remove the obstacles that stand between you and a better quality of life.

I work in a highly non-judgemental manner, and help by both supporting you, and challenging you, to overcome your obstacles fears, or setbacks, to move forward in your life.

Sessions are tailored to your individual needs.

The life Coaching experience can help you enhance your life through the process of personal development and transformation. Helping you to maximise your full potential, find fulfilment, and step forward, into the life you dream of living.

Various ways to access coaching sessions.

Service-based one to one coaching sessions are held at our office in Trethomas, Caerphilly.

Tailored to suit your needs, based upon individuals with a busy schedule, sessions are also held via the telephone or Skype, outside of normal office hours (subject to availability).

Coaching Fees

£80 per 1-hour session

I also offer a block booking discount (for those it would benefit) of 12 weekly sessions for £860 (payment to be made in advance)

Payment & cancellation terms

Payment in advance is kindly required and accepted via Bank Transfer and Standing Order. Two working days’ notice is required for the rearrangement of 1-1 coaching sessions.
