On the first session I will have to take your contact details and number of your GP surgery, and the names of any medication you are taking (in case of an emergency). Some people also like to bring along a notebook and pen, in order to write down information that is useful for them as we go along. Yes, of course you can, the choice is totally yours. However, people frequently find they are able to open up much more initially, around people who do not know them, and therefore, because of this, seem to get a lot more out of the group. Nobody has to do anything they don’t wish to do, homework, therefore, is totally optional. However, many people find it very useful to gain self- awareness, through the process of self -understanding, and actually, find working on themselves outside sessions to be very beneficial. Yes, every session is confidential and each individual person within the group will receive information on confidentiality, and sign a form in order to maintain this. Each group is limited to no more than 12 people (and no less than 6). Group sessions are held in the Cardiff & Caerphilly areas. Each session will be at the same time on the same day. Sessions are available mornings, afternoons and evenings, giving people the flexibility to do what works best for them.
